"The 5 star reviews have to be fake. We lived here 2 years and it was the worst experience I’ve had living in an apartment. The staff are rude and unhelpful as soon as you move in. 2 shootings within 2 months. They claim “luxury” but there is nothing luxurious about it. They will rent to anyone with a pulse and that brings problem neighbors. They don’t care if the guy under your apartment has an entire boxing gym set up in his garage. We also found cockroaches in our apartment many times. They aren’t upfront about the ridiculous upfront fees. We were told “there are no CAM fees”. There definitely is and it makes the apartment way more expensive. There are many nice apartment complexes in the area and this is not one of them."
"Met with Veronica today and she changed my entire impression of willows. I love the community. Miss Veronica welcomed me and was very professional. Although the upgraded unit i wanted wasn’t available i was given all the necessary information. Thank you Veronica !"
