"I sent my wife in to pick up paint from here today. They wouldn’t tell her the price of the paint I had her pick up until it was mixed which was outrageously priced. Then he proceeded to tell her she had to get it since they mixed it. I will NEVER spend another dime in this store or any of the other stores. When I called in to speak to them they informed me that since she got it we couldn’t return it and where very rude informing me I didn’t have any idea how much paint cost apparently and I should have done more reach before purchasing it."

They actually cared about how I felt and wanted to do their best to make it right. They are wonderful employees. I would highly recommend the Sherman Williams in Metro Crossing Council Bluffs and I will continue to do business with them for years to come."
