"Went in at 9 and ordered my part. Was told that it would be there by 11. Went in at 12:30 and it ended up never been ordered!?!? Was told to come back at 3 . So I did, only to find out they ordered the wrong aftermarket part."
"Went once and they didn’t have fittings. Went to the Grover one , and they took care of us. Came in today and once again they can’t help us. This time didn’t even try and come from behind the desk. Won’t be spending with these people again!!"
"I went in for a part. They said it would be there at 12:30, about a 2 hour wait. They waited till I showed up for pickup to tell me they would have to order it, and it would be there in a few days. When I went back and they said my part was there, but they couldn't find it. Was supposed to call me when the person who put it away got in but I never heard. The next day it took 45 minutes for them to locate it in their store. Nice staff but poor organization and communication skills. Will not be returning."
