"The owner and the staff are always very transparent and friendly. We had two of children in the facility and I can say it’s secured and a safe space, plus has amazing learning structure. I would definitely recommend this daycare to anyone looking for any aged child. -Annie"
"Cadet and his staff was wonderful and awesome to my family. While under their care, my children enjoyed their time and looked forward to going back everyday. Cadet helped our family more than he will ever know by taking in our children during our family emergency. Thank you for the warm and kind words after our loss of our baby girl and for helping us during our loss. I highly recommend this location."
"My child went there for not even a month. When we started they promised me and told me with their policies a male teach is to never be left alone with the kids for any amount of time. One day we went to pick her up early from daycare to a male teach alone with the kids during nap time. ZERO TOLERATION for that I pulled my child out that day. Went to go get her things the following day to her “teacher” screaming at kids during lunch time. Which was SAD!! I understand short staffing there but if not able to keep promises, shouldn’t make them. Nor not keeping to policies they said they had in place. The supervisor was understanding and didn’t charge me the 2 week notice but still so sad I trusted them with my child. Never again."
"The worst employers I have ever had. They blamed everyone except themselves for problems teachers had. Management rarely helped room stay in ratios, never helped diffuse tension in rooms, and NEVER helped with children that were having a difficult day. There were days that I spent half of my shift with twice the amount of kids I should have had while I was by myself. However, there would be several staff hanging out in the baby room just talking. Working here made me feel like I was back in high school because of all the stupid drama everyone is involved in. The management joins in and talk negatively about people too. Things were never communicated and staff was left helpless. I watched several preschool kids get bit and choked while I was by myself, but the children that needed smaller groups were never addressed. So many of the staff at this place are on their phones or tablets a majority of the day so the kids are never truly supervised. Do not apply or bring your child(ren) here."
"Worked here for almost a year. I didn't even feel comfortable leaving my own son alone with the teachers while working there. They will hire anybody! There's multiple teachers in the building that would grab children forcefully, swear in front of the kids, scream, and also call the children names (ugly crying face, annoying etc). Whenever it was reported to the management they would say they will "talk to the teacher" but nothing would ever come about it. My first 2 months there one of the 2a teachers was screaming at the children for accidentally breaking a shelf. She was swearing and cussing calling them stupid, I had to go into the room myself and tell the teacher to leave. Cadet got mad at me for telling her to leave and that I should have stayed out of it and that teacher continued working there for another 2-3 months until she quit. One of the school age teachers had left a student locked in the van for almost 15 minutes during a heat advisory before their parent had showed up looking for them & no teachers could find them. Cadet himself had screamed at another employee for asking for a raise he promised her. Which included screaming at this employee, and swearing at her in front of the 2b children. The center itself is dirty & most of the afternoon teachers do not clean the rooms. There is mold growing in multiple parts of the building. They don't make the cook wear a hairnet so multiple times I had found her hair in the childrens food. All this daycare & the owner cares about is money. Most of the time when we would get a new student nobody would inform the teachers so the parents & child would show up and none of the teachers would know what's going on. In the mornings until more people get there around 9 most of the rooms are out of ratio. We weren't allowed to leave on our hour breaks because they would still count us in our rooms ratio even though that is against the law. So anytime an employee was on break their assistant/lead would have 10-20 kids by themselves. Also both of the managers would leave together on their breaks & leave the center with no managers in it for more than an hour sometimes. So if there were emergencies their would be no higher ups to help. Overall a bad environment to work & a bad environment to bring your children."
