"They didn't have labels on the pizza and I took a bite of some weird pizza that had ranch on it. Yuck! Labels are important. Other than that it was a good meal. They didn't have Alfredo Pizzas on the buffet. I could have asked for some, so I won't complain too much."

"Seating was very limited at the time went as we were a larger group going there for a birthday but not large enough for the booked off rooms by a couple people so we had a tight fit at the table we found. There also wasn't a ton of pizza variety everything had jalapeños on it which was annoying and couldn't find anyone to request a pizza either as staffing bluntly ignored your existence if you tried to even ask to request one or how to request on (first time at this location) also to add on the food aspect the salad mbar was near empty too and wasn't even looked at to be filled as staff would walk past that only seeming to keep track of the warm foods. Personally I won't see myself going back to this location as it wasn't very pleasant with the poor food selection lack of staffing willing to acknowledge guests and also the space setup as there should be no reason 10 people should try smashing into one small table."

"Staff was not ready for the crowd of people. Containers on the salad bar were empty and no one was watching them to refill. The person at the till looked half a sleep and didn't say hello or anything at check in. Only thing good was the people picking up the dirty dishes and there was plenty of people for that job. Don't plan on going back again. Better on the West 41st pizza ranch."

"They let you reserve private rooms for free, which is great. They were definitely behind though on making sure the buffet was stocked with fresh pizza and salad items. Probably just short staffed or something. Service was good though in terms of making sure the used plates were picked up. One surprise I had, was that they no longer offer straws for their drinks. I'm personally not a fan of drinking from a cup, so that was a bit of a let down. But not a show stopper. Overall, I give them 3.5 out of 5 stars for their service on a busy Sunday afternoon. Not too shabby, but room for improvement."
