"Knowledgeable and listened to what I needed. Maltese was great even thru it all! However update! Got the mattress and it was far more firm than one on the floor. I was told give it a month and walk on it every day to loosen it up. Ok done. Still to firm. Went in to talk to them about it. In talking to them I said I wanted a mattress that felt just like the one on the floor. They suggested a pillow top. I found one their website that was a pillow top. They compared side by side and said it was a step down and not as good as what I had, but for an extra 350ish they could get a pillowtop of the same quality and company. I said I did not want to put more money into it if there are other options. So they sent another of the same mattress to my house. At the time he said he would waive fee for swapping. Still the exact same. I did not wait as long. went in and said I want to just go with the pillow top mattress I found on their site. So I now find there is a charge of $200 to make it right????? I asked since the mattress I ordered is not what I got, to make it right cost me $200. I paid the $200 and got a refund. $200 to learn the hard way not to go there again. I will go elsewhere."
