"First and foremost I understand that this isn’t a retail store. That’s fine. Stopped in because I preferred to shop locally for a Stellcase Gesture chair. They told me 4-6 weeks, I knew the manufacturer would be able to ship in 10 days but that was not a problem, understandable and I wanted to shop locally. I go in to what I think is place my order, and try to give a deposit, they tell me not to worry. Next day: Email from sales rep, I need to come in and sign and pay deposit. Day after they charged my card I received an email from the sales person saying instead of 4-6 weeks we’re looking at 12 or more. Not a phone call, nothing like that. Just an email. I understand supply chain issues. The manufacturer, even with these “supply issues” could get me a chair in 10 days instead of 12+ Weeks. I emailed my sales rep back to cancel the chair. Didn’t hear anything. Ended up disputing the charge on my card and still haven’t heard anything. 5/5 for quality of product 1/5 for quality of support."

"Not an actual business furniture store. Brushed off if not designing/furnishing an entire office. Disappointing since I loved and was ready to buy one of their setups. Ordered something similar from a different vendor."
