"Been a customer of GameStop for over twenty years and today that ended. I learned today that GameStop deleted the 50,000 points I had earned/saved up by being a loyal customer. Received no email, text or phone call about my points getting thrown away. I have spent thousands through the years on consoles & games. The millions of customers through the years that have been ripped off on trading in their games/consoles or selling their consoles/games for pennies on the dollar, hoping to get enough to afford that new game or newer console but in the end its hopeless to expect anything fair or honorable out of GameStop. I'm hoping this is the year GS finally goes under and has sell everything that is GameStop for next to nothing. It's only a matter of time before it happens and it can't happen soon enough."

"Always fast and friendly service! The associates are always very helpful. I am video game illiterate and they always help me find the perfect gifts for my gamer husband and son. The hours of operation are different on google than what is posted. Hopefully they can get that corrected!"
