"Michaels is nice, but this store doesn't stock everything. No fabric, which is frustrating since the company has some exclusive designs. An entire aisle of marker pens but no magnets to be found. My daughter loves the bracelet loom pieces. Several options here that work with other store options. We were lucky to see and get some My Hero Academia backpack hanging figurines. They ended up on sale, so we ran and grabbed a couple more. Prices are not always marked when on sale. The store is clean. I can't speak to the staff as we didn't interact with anyone since there is self checkout. Some of the pricing is on the high side, but expected considering the major jumps in pricing. We got some poster board and 90% of the stock on the shelves were damaged. It was annoying to sift through it. We'll shop here again when we need craft items for school."
"I really like Michael's. I'm a hobbyist who builds plastic models. Michael's has always been a source for some of the material I use in my hobby. But, my most recent trip to Michael's, there was quite a bit of open space on the shelves. Not sure if this is just an after effect of the recent holidays or issues with supply chain management."
