"I can’t even express how much we appreciate the staff here. I’ve been here and to the one in Sparks several times over the last two weeks and each time, the staff (sometimes the same people, sometimes new people) were amazing. They were kind and helpful and really fun to talk to. My daughters were being crazy and saying some teenage level craziness and each time the staff overheard, they’d laugh along. Once we paid for our stuff, the girls asked if they could change into the new stuff and the staff was really kind about letting them into the dressing room to do so. It was a bit slower at this time so there weren’t a ton of people in the store… I don’t know if that’s something that would have been okay if there had been. They seemed to have really good interactions with each other also and that is so important for providing a positive shopping experience. Seriously, we’ll absolutely return to both locations. The selection at this store is not quite as big as the one at the Reno mall but both have really good deals and “trendy” clothes"
