"They are the only Big R I go to that doesn't give a military discount. Customer service is bad, and the staff could use a lesson on being friendly. Although, one young man saw me having to load my own pellets and came outside to help. That was commendable! I'm deaf because of the war and the checkout lady treated me like I was trash!!"
