"Wow..... such horrible customer service. Trudy was dismissive and rude!!! Just because we didn't have financing in place before hand she dismissed us like a waste of time. Never considering the fact that we could make a cash offer. Do not go here!!! *Per reply * WE COULD HAVE PAID CASH!!! For the owner... I found your reply incredibly rude. Trudy was late to our appointment, it caused the need to pick up my dog, I told her I was happy to go get him myself as she was under no obligation to do so. She showed me 2 houses at the TOP of our price range and then refused to show me any at a lower price point that wouldn't require financing. Perhaps you as a business owner should be more worried about how your agents are conducting themselves rather than calling me out on my review. What a terrible example of customer service. You really should be ashamed."
