"My partner got in a really bad car accident in the fall and rents from Access Realty. Instead of addressing a major sewer issue at his house. They made him live in those conditions for over three months. When he returned to his place he was in a wheelchair and had to spend a lot of time living with a disgusting sewer issue. They don’t care about their tenants, or the disabled. Don’t waste your time with this company. (Rental side)"

"I have been renting from Access Realty for almost 6 months. I pay my rent on time. It took them over 3 months to address a major sewer issue at my house. Upon them finally fixing it three months later, they told me they would compensate me for my trouble of having to live with a disgusting sewer issue for as long as I had..they said they would credit me 150 dollars toward next months rent. What a slap in the face. Save yourself the trouble and don’t rent from them."

"There were definitely some ups and downs through my lease with AR, but they were all very understanding and gave great customer service. The only thing I would say is that they sometimes don’t talk within the office so you’ve got to talk to a few people to get help with some things. But overall a great company to work with."

Christina was not hesitant to make several calls and be in constant movement to keep our closing date on track and on our terms. We even closed a week early. She is a very compassionate, knowledgeable person who was upfront and made sure we understood entire process. Which I appreciated completely. I had many questions and requests of her. I personally have high expectations and she met those. Kudos are not easily handed out by me. They are earned. She has earned 5 stars in my book I would recommend her in your future purchases.
