"What not to expect: Live service over the phone if you are going to be late. Instead they have some contracted service answering for them that they cannot contact Casita and, therefore, cannot promise a room or a refund. Because we could not confirm we would still have a room, we went somewhere else to bed down until checking in for the second night. By that point, we have been told the reservation was cancelled. No call. No confirmation. No service. Their claim was that they never got a message from their service and tried to contact us several times via both email and phone. There was no message left on either. They are liars as well. Don’t bother."
