"This company are really scam artists, don’t believe the fake reviews.They change the date of shipping your vehicle so that it arrives weeks later than it was suppose to and then claim that they can’t control when the vessel for your vehicle departs. I was told my car would be shipped on the 9th of Nov and arrive on the 20th of Nov now I’m being told my vessel won’t arrive until the 9th of Dec. That’s a month later than I was told and not a few days difference. They have played games since the first day I dropped off my car and they always find a way to add on more costs. Save your time and money and ship with Matson, Pasha Hawaii are liars."

"If I could give them zero stars I would. This company is terrible. Made a reservation to have my car shipped out on the February 7th. Turned all my paper work in and no one called or emailed me to tell what time to drop off the vehicle off. Called them the day before to find out what time I had to drop my car off and now they say they can't do it because I have to bring the car in before hand to get inspected. NO ONE called or emailed me to tell me anything. I called and emailed them and now they want to charge me $75 for canceling when they didn't tell me anything. Now they want to ship the car out 9 days later which is to late because no one will be there to get the car. Terrible company. I would never recommend them to anyone. What a headache. If you want to ship a car I suggest you use Matson or anyone else but Pasha."

"No idea where i was supposed to go. No signs that i saw and security didnt seem to want to get out of his hut. I had to come back hours after dropping my vehicle off to grab a garage door opener and my vehicle was unlocked and no one stopped me from going in and taking what i wanted. I expect security to be a little more proactive. Service was good and fast though."
