"This Taco Bell is always busy. The staff tried their best. Honestly, I think it is more the disrespectful customers that come here that make me not want to go inside to order. Today I made the mistake of going inside thinking it would be faster because the drive-thru line was flooding into the street. The time was about 12:20. I used the Kisko to order and pay waited maybe 15 mins. Food was to be expected."

"This is NOT an exaggeration and my husband and I are still in disbelief at Taco bell Beretania. Yall. Last night, we arrived with our puppy at the DT 1:15am and left at 3:10am. We didn't bring a leash, it was supposed to be a quick food run; so he was crying to use potty. Ordered #8 no sour crm and 2 pk of the desert things filled with cream. When we finally got to the window, waited +10 mins, a micronesian man came and said "your order... You pick up ?....no,cannot." While my husband said we had already ordered at the mic long ago. The man left, returned again and no real words came out of his mouth. I said "can you pls speak to us? We waited 2 hrs." A manager looking person (vest) came and said his system broke down and asked us what our order was 2 times, then disappeared. A Micronesian woman came to the window and asked if we were here for "order pickup." We were so confused, my husband who is very patient covered his face with one hand. This is when I lost it. I explained to her three times what our small order was, then she left. She returned with a bag, said "just take it," we left. One of my tacos was broken everywhere, the tomatoes felt like they had barely started to thaw, and of course there was hardly meat. A complete shame to call "food." I was so hungry, this was for me. And I finished still hungry. The other options here late night are McD and Safeway expensive frozen meals or SW groceries...Never again taco bell.... I've lived here for seven years, our plan is to return to TX soon and *CANNOT* wait to go back. My husband is local hawaiian Japanese and feels the same way. Good food is a huge part of my life. I had the absolute best spots in TX, for dirt cheap at any time of day. Honolulu is NOT cutting it and is not the place for foodies. Awful experience at Taco bell, and just eating on this island period."

"Used the mobile app and went in to get my food. The lady at the counter took my name. 15 minutes later after everybody had come and gone she looks at me and asks “can I help you?” I told her she already did and repeated that I had a mobile order and I gave her my name. She walks to the screen, looks at it and told the line that I was there. Meanwhile my disabled son was sitting in the car with his caregiver. I got a text that my son needed the bathroom. I told them to come in and all three of us approached the counter and I asked the same woman for a bathroom key. She looks at the male caregiver and my obviously disabled son. She is glaring at me for some unknown reason and slowly hands me a key. The care giver takes him to the bathroom and tells me “she gave us a women’s bathroom key.” I told him to just use it when I saw that it didn’t have stalls. When they were done and the caregiver was walking my son out I handed her the key and she starts loudly berating me. She demanded to know why I asked for a women’s key. At that point I had had enough. I asked her if she knew what the AMERICANS WITH DISABILITIES ACT was and she just started in on me. This wasn’t a kid. This was a 60 year old Indian woman that was acting like this. I demanded to speak to a manager and she just walked away. In this day and age, it amazes me to find someone so ignorant. I asked for the name of the manager and she just glared at me. This is inexcusable repugnant behavior."
