Domino's Pizza

"Beautiful people purely physically tho I can’t speak morally as I just got pizza from them. I took my small pepperoni pizza to Hickam beach where I could regret my life decisions with the soft cushion of a hot pizza and a beautiful view."

"I got my food delivered over an hour and a half ago. Immediately I realized they never brought the several sauces I paid for. Called them and was told the driver was on the way back with them. An hour later, no sauce. Called again and “oh he must have delivered other orders first but he’ll be there in 10-15min”. Still no sauce. My husband called and he got “oh he just got back to the store but it’s on the way !” My husband asked if it was actually on the way and “mhmm”. That was 20min ago. I’d like to note I live literally right down the street from this location so it really shouldn’t be that difficult to deliver items I’ve paid for. **Surprise surprise, after 2 hours and multiple phone calls I still don’t have the items that would take them all of 5 minutes to correct. I guess they’re just super comfortable with taking my money and tip without actually doing the one job they have. Haven’t had any issues with them up until now, and I’m highly displeased. Hope this was worth it to them ***in the 3.5 hours they had after originally delivering my order to closing time, I shockingly *sarcasm* never had my order corrected. No offer to make it right or anything. I have never in my life been lied to like that repeatedly by the same employee about fixing my order. I’ve worked customer service many years so I never get upset about a mistake or flip out about it, but I guess I’m also just used to people fixing it if it involves something I spent money on AND tipped. Someone desperately needs to teach this person basic customer service"

"Haven’t had any issues here so far. Pizza always seems really good for a Dominos and pizza is made quickly although not always tracked throughout the whole process so it may just go from preparing to suddenly done after a few minutes. The deep dish with extra cheese always makes me want to puke for some reason though"

"Thank you for adding extra sauce like requested, but this is ridiculous. This happens every time we order and ask for extra sauce. When we don't ask for extra sauce there is literally almost none on it. Love Dominos and the employees but please help us enjoy the food you deliver."
