"They have horrible customer service and are expensive. They treat you bad because they believe they are the only forwarder in town. I’ve spent a lot of money with them and their service continues to increase and get worse. They do have some good employees, but corporate is more about money than good service. Do your research before you use them, there are others forwarders on the Island."
