"My family have been using their service for years! As far as we know, they come in on the day they said they'll come pick up, just not on the exact time. We don't mind it. We just like the fact that they're SOOOOOOOO much better in price than LBC and Balikbayan, we ship out in barrels and not boxes! So, in summary, you can get your money worth by using their freight services, but expect that they will not be at your place on time to pick up your item! Or... You can go elsewhere that only accepts certain box size(s) under certain weight that costs more than half the price we pay for shipping out our barrels. UMAC for the win!!"

"This company does not pick up the boxes when they designate a day and appropriate time frame. So you wait all day. They do not communicate with the consumer about delays or issues on their end. So you are left in limbo. So you gotta call them to find out what the delay is. Then they still dont pick up the boxes on the new designated time and day. The whole cycle repeats itself again. These guys are not professionals. They lack professionalism. You would think they would be since people are giving them business. If you are Umac reading this. Prove me wrong that this not happen. Because it happens a big majority of the time. Btw to those reading this. Their main location is in Sand Island. I live in Kalihi. And thats about 15 min drive on a busy day. And they still cannot pick up my Mom's boxes."

"I sent My balikbayan box last november 2018 the agent told me i Will expect My balik bayan box after 55 days then i asked the agent How much it cost to send My box he told me its only $75.00 for one box But when they pick UP My box they asked me $100.00 because its not thier box and its big. Make the story short i paid the $100.00 hoping My box Will arrived on time. January 20, 2019 i arrived in Philippines. My balik bayan box didnt came. I called the Umac to follow UP My balik bayan box. The agent told me its in the Philippines and Will be deliver in 2 weeks. He appologies for the delay because of the holyday. I wait for another 2 weeks for My package but nothing arrives. Until febuary 9 i Will flying back to US no balik bayan box deliver. I called the agent again they cant find My box. Worst cargo shippement i Will not recommend."
