"They are the best shuttle service around. Very knowledgeable of Hawaiian history and what is going on currently as well. My mom is in a wheelchair and they were so kind and patient. With much respect they tended to her and used the hydraulic lift all a while, smiling and talking, and stating that we are on Hawaiian time which is leisurely. I loved the services from the airport to our hotel and from our hotel to the airport both ways a different person and just A lovely ride. I highly recommend Robert’s Hawaii Shuttle."

"They were great! I arrived on a Saturday without transportation to my hotel and they were able to add me to their shuttle on the next outgoing drive. My party and I only waited about 5 minutes and we were off to our hotel! They booked a round trip so we didn’t have to worry about our ride back to the airport. Great friendly service and we made our check in and flights on time. Thanks again, we will definitely use them again next time!"

"Decent service. Some hiccups as I was told on the phone to just show up at the counter to book a ride with a wheelchair lift. I show up, and they ask if I made a reservation. Then quote a 90 minute wait time. Not great, when you were exhausted from the trip. Thankfully, it arrived in about 30 minutes. Our return driver, James, was great. Very helpful."

I also used their airport shuttle service to get to and from the airport and it was great. I had no issues and was able to get to back and forth on time."
