"I called for a last minute pickup when my older mother arrived air sick from her flight. She was very confused and lost her sense of direction. I explained this to them and they worked quickly to have someone there to pick her in in less than 30 mins which was great bc she needed that time to settle down. The driver Fred was amazing and a complete gentleman and took great care of her in her condition. Often my mom feels people don’t understand when she gets severe vertigo like this because she doesn’t “look” sick. She’s also disabled and has other medical conditions that can be triggered by the vertigo. They even called her and walked her through where to go in the airport, which I am only vaguely familiar myself. Thank you all for being so prompt, resourceful, and most of all accommodating. Two thumbs way up, multiple gold star service, I’m happy to pay and get this type of service. Will absolutely use them again ."
