The person on the phone was wonderful, working with ny budget to get what I needed, verifying all the information and going out of her way to be helpful and compassionate. Wonderful phone service, and definitely in the "above and beyond" category. The service is next week, but I am confident - based on this interaction - that we will be pleased with their work. And they promise photos of the arrangement before it goes out for delivery and a delivery confirmation after, without even being asked. ETA: the photo of the completed arrangement and delivery confirmation arrived as promised. Lovely!"
