"I've been shopping at this store since it opened. I recently found out that the employees who bust their butts everyday and have been good employees there for decades top out at 19 hour. They should be making more money. Darrel, Wendy, Tonya, Dan for example are ALWAYS amazing and have been there a long time. They are store staples and I look forward to seeing them. Smiths management please please pay your employees better. It will trickle down into your bottom line because happy employees equal happy customers which means more business for you"

"First bad experience, but it should have never happened at that point. 1/15/24 I used the self check out. Certain items not ringing up at correct price. I asked for help, the employee didn't have a off the top of his head answer so decided to help other customers before he searched for an answer for me. He gave me a quick guess answer and immediately walked away from me. I tried his suggestion to no avail. I went back to him. Apparently I was so annoying "needing customer service" that he pawned me off on another employee telling her that I can't figure out how do my purchase correctly then right in front of me whispered about me in her ear. The other employee was able to fix the issue no problem. I went to ask for a manager and was waiting in line. In about 6-7 min. of waiting another customer comes up, not waiting in line and demands a manager. The same employee just called him (the customer) an idiot. We were both able to lodge our complaint with a manager, but of course do not know the outcome. The part where I say this shouldn't have happened at this point is clarified in the following...... Before the manager was summoned for us the employee that was getting the manager for us asked me, "Didn't you have a problem with him before?" This tells me this rude condescending employee has had other complaints before mine the other gentleman's. Why did he still have a job? How many times do you get to be blatantly rude to customers before this company says enough? If I see this employee still working at this store during my next visit I will leave my groceries and walk out of the store."

"Except for rude customers, it is always a great experience and very convenient to get what You need. Very courteous and cheerful cashiers. Well stocked and presentable shelf's. A lot of pride shown in care and cleanliness of store"

"I had a great conversation with a cashier/checker/associate named Jazmin. They are a great part of your team, they took time to carry a great conversation with me. Really, they should get a raise and/or a promotion. The difference in human interaction is huge, as I am new to Nevada and work remotely. Having great (even small or minor) human connections makes the difference of where I grocery shop. Jazmin, you will make a phenomenal veterinarian. You are personable and warm, and make great human connections. I can tell you genuinely care for animals as well. Please volunteer at a shelter if you can like we discussed, they would benefit greatly from you! Best of luck in school. P.S. Oregon has the best Veterinary schools, I could be mistaken though."

"Avoid at all costs - just go elsewhere. Store management has made sure that the experience has continued to be declining. now pickup orders often have me waiting for an hour or more. Today was 1.5 hours. Speaking to a manager on the phone, was let's say, painful. I'll simply go elsewhere, and recommend you do, too."
