"I brought my 2013 Fiat 500 in to the 7th street Walmart auto center for an oil change in February of 2024.i was told that they didn't carry Fiat filters and that I would have to go buy them at O'Reillys. So I did. I spoken $48.70 and I brought them back to the auto center. When they got done with my car, my receipt showed they put a Fram oil filter in my car after I was told they didn't carry filter for Fiat. I drove my car home and a warning light came on in the dashboard telling me to STOP my car and turn it off NOW!! I looked up as to why the warning light came on, and it said there was no oil pressure. Evidently, no new oil filter was put into my car and my car hasn't been the same since. My engine now knocks, I've had to resort to taking a bus, and I was supposed to have heard from the claims department within 24 hours, and that was last week. The automotive manager said he reviewed the video and that there was a new Fram oil canister installed into my car, and everything was done right. After being told that, I knew he wasn't being honest with me, so my son in law took out the oil canister to see why the light came on, only to find out it was an old filter with a broken seal, and it wasn't a Fram!! I guess being a woman they felt they could railroad me not known I worker in an auto shop in the past. I was also told by the mechanic that they couldn't get the filter out and they had to suck the oil out. Thank goodness I took pictures, but I'm still waiting to hear from claims and I also didn't get a refund from Walmart for my filter that I bought. All the itemized things they said they did, they didn't. This Fiat has great sentimental value to me as my husband gave it to me and he recently passed away. I will never take my car(if I can ever afford another one) to Walmart ever again. BTW, I feel they took avantage of a 70 year old disabled woman and aren't going to do right by me."

"Went to the Walmart on 7th street. After finding several bags of moldy bread for 7 dollars a pop. I found out why I’ve been getting sick. Upon paying for my food the machine ate my money and accused me of trying to steal after watching the cameras wrong. Even though the money was still sticking out of the machine. One hour of humiliation later I’ve decided to never shop at that Walmart again"

"Highly impressed by this Walmart. Staff was friendly and welcoming and the store is clean and well stocked. Didn’t have to wait at a check stand to check out."

"I always try to avoid Walmarts. Today I went in, or tried to, at their north entrance. But apparently it closes when they are understaffed. The sign says the entrance closes at 9pm, but my watch says 8pm. Hire some staff and pay them more. It's not terribly hard to do. I also tried to get fabric. Pushed the request associate button only to find out its not plugged in to the phone system but it tells you "help is on the way". Been sitting here for 15 minutes! Proceeded to call their phone menu and all departments were non-responsive. It ended up taking 5 associates before someone helped me and another person that showed up while I was waiting. Probably 25 minutes total."

"I stopped by my local Walmart hoping to get a bag of ice. Not going to lie, I didn't have my hopes up nor would I be surprised if they were out. Surprisingly they were decently stocked with ice and for a large bag it was under $5. I went to the self-checkout since I only had the bag of ice, however there was a long line. The employee overseeing the self checkout saw I only had the ice and ushered me over and rang me up. That was really nice of her to do."
