"Great little home run of good prices and clean aisles. Store employees working hard to keep shelves stocked. Register was very quick and painless. I like how the shop makes you feel your help point a local family."

"Been shopping at Grocery Outlet 30+ years! My store is the Sparks location on Disc Drive. I visited the store in Lemmon Valley this morning and noticed someone stocked Merrick Dog Treats in the Beef Jerkey section of the store. At this time no one was stocking on that aisle except the potato chip company. I walked to the front of the store and brought this to the attention of a girl store clerk and she acknowledged the mistake and said she would have them moved. I’ve now been in the store about 40 minutes now and I am checking out. I leave the store and while in my car I look at my receipt and I have been overcharged for club crackers which the shelf tag said .97. I went back into the store where I told the cashier what happened she scanned the item and it came up 3.19. She called the manager and when he told me to show him the tag on the aisle someone had removed it and put up a 3.19 tag. There was now a young kid on the aisle stocking. I told the manager I didn’t want the item and was happily issued a refund. My issue was when I brought the dog treat issue to the managers attention, he said they were checking into the issue of “who did it”. I’d been in the store for well over an hour now and I don’t know how long they were on the shelf but when we walked back there to check the price they were still hanging there for sale! Why wouldn’t these just be removed immediately and go look at cameras/investigate later. Someone could possibly think these are for human consumption and we don’t want sick people."

"Great staff, best prices of any grocery store. I went on 2-2-24 at about 630. The manager happily got a ladder to get some cookies off a high shelf for me. Then the sacker not only sorted my groceries well (cold stuff together, ect) he *wrapped the olive oil in an extra bag so it wouldn't break in transit*. 5/5 would save $400 on groceries again."
