"This review is for Pleasant Holidays that operates out of the Shell Vacations Club Kona Coast. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN MY LIFE. We bought 2 activities from Dayjon who was working that day. One of the snorkeling tour was on Thursday morning 03/30, we were informed that they have a 72 hour cancellation policy, so cancel by Monday morning 03/27 is allowed. Comes Monday morning, we went to the desk at 10am, asking to cancel the tour, as one of us had terrible sea sickness from snorkeling earlier. Yuki who was working told us that she needs to talk Dayjon first and will call us back, confirmed our phone number then sent us back, nothing was mentioned about approaching/being within cancellations window and may not be able to refund us. We went out for the day and didn’t receive any call. Tuesday morning we decided to go in person again to check on the status, and was greeted by an empty desk. We waited 5-10 minutes for Greg (who was working) to return from a break, and calmly and nicely explained the situation to him. Very rudely, he just said I can’t cancel it. We explained again that we were here the day before and our interaction with Yuki, and he once again very dismissively said Monday 10am is still within 72 hours since your tour departs at 8:30am. Yuki wouldn’t have returned our money either. Then he threw the final blow by saying: look I have work and I can’t help you guys. ARE WE NOT PART OF HIS JOB? Never had such terrible customer experience before, there’s no reason to be rude. So we are now $340 out, even though we followed the instructions of canceling on Monday morning. And what’s most demeaning is the attitude coming from Greg, I wonder how can such a person work in customer service. Honestly, if he doesn’t want to help customers, he really shouldn’t be working there. I hope Wyndham (who owns She’ll) realizes who they are working with. If this type of partnership is acceptable on their resort, then Wyndham is a company I will forever stay away from. This experience has definitely ruined our vacation, and we will not be returning to this Wyndham resort, and will inform all of our friends to stay away. No one should be paying thousands of dollars to get humiliated on their vacation."

"I've know of Pleasant Holidays for over 20 years if they are basically the same company as they were in say the LATE 90's and into the 2000's. They offer slot for your buck. The employees were very professional and shared their Aloha with you with (excuse me) a sincere Aloha Smile. You shouldn't be disappointed."
