"Family and I went there as a group of 6 +2 babies. The house was great and very pretty. The view from the deck is something I won't be forgetting any time soon. They had all the basics that you just wouldn't be able to pack easily like kitchen equipment, beach supplies, boogy boards, and baby supplies (crib, bath, gate)"

"This was a great rental home for our first time in Kona. It was a large house and had a great location. The kitchen was nice and updated. The lack of actual air conditioning was a bummer, there were only window units and they didn't work very well. The one in our room would shut off and turn on randomly through the night with the temp set at an even 72 so we eventually just resorted to a fan. The pool and hot tub were great, my only complaint is that the only way to get to the pool is by a rocky bridge that wasn't so great for the older people who traveled with us. One odd thing about the house is the electrical, there wasn't much outside lighting by the pool and each room in the house had literally 10+ switches where half didn't do anything. The lanai was wonderful for drinking coffee in the morning and watching the sunset over dinner. Overall we were really happy with the place and the minor inconveniences were easy to look past."
