"Unfortunately the rental process isn’t transparent. I had exchanged communications with Emmy the manager and clearly informed her a check was in the mail as she had informed me she would block our dates for a 50th anniversary trip. Once the check arrived she proceeds to inform me that she allowed someone to rent one of our places while our payment was en route. We are people of our word and did as we said and sent payment only to see it be rented to someone else. Very disappointed and suggest others consider better options if you are looking for super customer service and expect follow through on commitments and communications."
