"This is the best UPS Store in town. It's conveniently located, but I'd still go out of my way to come to this location. The staff was really friendly and helpful. Plenty of parking in Manoa Marketplace."

"I walked in 10 minutes before closing today and Renn helped take care of what I needed. Never have I felt so accommodated in my life. I had 3 things to send out and was admittedly very unorganized, he was very patient with me despite that the store was about to close and I offered to come back because I felt bad about the time, but he refused to let me leave there with out getting my business done. I can’t stress enough how this worker went above and beyond for me. I even watched him multi task and accommodate other people who had walked up much later, some even up after the lobby had already closed (there were at least 4 additional customers) and he still helped them out! Any other person would have been incredibly frustrated. Not only did Renn help each and every one of us but he did so with a smile on his face. Very impressive professionalism!"

And I have since started going here for large print jobs and passport photos, and for international shipping, primarily because everyone here is so reliable and helpful. On a personal level, I have started taking my Amazon returns here too…so much easier than printing out mailing labels. I could not ask for more, and I am so grateful they are in Manoa Marketplace!"

"My sister bought 2 boxes of manapua, 10 in each box packed in ice. Ups packed and shipped the boxes 2 day air. I received 1 box of 12. The store said they don't tamper with the contents. I find that strange. God was watching whoever took 2 out of 1 box and made it look like it was a box of 12 and kept the rest."
