"Predatory tow company roams the property and tows cars at will. Even when you live there!!!! Guest cannot park safely in any parking spots…there actually isn’t any guest parking here. Management fails to communicate. Javier in the office fails over and over again to do the most basic of tasks. He is borderline incompetent. We decided to move at the end of the month because of so many factors. Management will respond to google reviews but won’t even respond to maintenance request in a professional and timely manner….STAY AWAY"
"Absolutely terrible service! This morning I went outside to find that my car had been towed for no permit however upon moving in several months ago I was never informed about having to have a permit to park. I did notice the signs but figured the management and or leasing staff would have informed me if a permit was I fact needed. Upon notifying the office that my car was missing, I had stated to them that I was never provided any information about a permit and have been parking for several months with no issues. I requested that since I was never informed of the permit requirement that my car be returned. The staff then stated they had sent an email to me upon move in yet after reviewing my emails no information had been sent until today this meaning that I had zero knowledge of the requirements. Due to the staff failing to inform me of this I felt I my vehicle needed to be returned. The staff said they sent emails to the tow company however the tow company denies any email being recieved and is trying to charge me over $300 which is ridiculous! If I was never provided with the proper info to receive a permit how was I supposed to obtain one? The staff here isn’t doing anything to assist when it is up to them to send proper information regarding permits. I wouldn’t recommend this community as the staff is very unprofessional and seem to have very poor communication with the tenants nor do they seem to care."
"Have only lived on the property so far for about 2 months, but during that time have enjoyed living here. Apartments are spacious and the staff has been very professional. My only complaint is the amount of dog poop people don't pick up."
"I would never recommend this community to anyone. There is no guest parking, and instead they recommend guests park on the street though street parking is not allowed for several blocks around the community. Communication with management is terrible and maintenance is unhelpful and rude. The rent is high, yet the maintenance of the grounds as well as the general upkeep of units is poor. The appliances are old and damaged. You can find much nicer communities at comparable price points with usable amenities. The “gym” is a converted single car garage attached to the leasing office. The pet waste disposal bins are routinely overflowing, and pet waste around the grounds is not cleaned up. When winter weather came the heater did not work. When maintenance came to fix it, they said yes, they had to drain something to get it started. The fact that heating would not work until a maintenance request was made was not communicated ahead of time and my unit dropped to the low 50s before it was fixed. This is a great example of how poorly run the community is and how communication and plan in their part could have avoided the problem. The layout of my unit is unique, and the concept of the apartments is great, but the management and actual state of the units is awful, especially considering the high rent price point."
