"If I could rate this place a negative 0 I would! I was denied for no reason, which turned out great for me at the end I found a much bigger place 3 bedroom $1600 garage included! The unit I had applied for has been posted back for more than $400 dollars more! And they can change the amount when they feel like it even if you applied for a certain amount on their website. BE ADVISED However this place is a scam! I had my now landlord take a look at our screening & there was no reason at all for me to be denied. The application “fee” is their pocket money. What a shame & I advised anyone looking to rent to please be careful. Running your credit & taking your money?? The new owner Cortnee needs to fire her current employees and find honest hard working kind hearted individuals."

"My experience at first was amazing with the staff! I was completely honest & shared exactly where we stood on our history of credit with the assistant manager Tennelle. We were told it wouldn’t be a problem, we might have to end up paying higher in deposit or one months rent. After that conversation it motivated us and we went through with the process paid $150 in fees only to be denied with the EXACT reason we spoke about at the beginning. It honestly felt as a tactic to take money from us. I’ve never had an experience like this with any complex I have ever been at, they always tell me up front what my chances are in being approved to avoid paying fees especially with managers knowing what they look for in a future tenant. I was not even properly informed why the reasoning in denying us or given steps in what we can do the conversation was short & straight to the point but Thanks for the lesson learned & I wish everyone else the best of luck!"

"Don’t rent from here. Applied for an upgraded unit and it wasn’t upgraded at all. Kendall lied to us. They promote that they are a “luxury apartment complex” in which they are not. The little ponds are not kept up with. It smells. They charge for monthly pest control and they don’t even come. As soon as we moved out they charged us extra $1500 for them to upgrade everything. Absolutely not. The office is closed 75% of the time. You can’t reach anyone. Maintenance takes forever to come. Staff is rude. Don’t recommend this property at all. Not worth $2000/month"
