"Worst place ive ever lived! Been threatened to be evicted by manager and also threatened with physical violence byhis tough guy maintenance boy that only works here because his mommy that is in charge protects him! Becoming homeless has become a better option!! I can't wait to give notice and move! That was written 4 monts ago I moved 3 months ago and the 5th grade bully maintenance guy still feels the need to harassing me a disabled veteran that has a broken back! Today 9/20/23 I was outside smoking a cigarette at my new place and Tyler Ryan drove by and was so busy flipping me off that he almost ran into another car! He only works there because his mommy is the boss and all I can say is valley springs a horrible place for anyone to live! For the sake of every tennant there I hope Tyler and his. mother get fired so nobody has to live with the threat of violence!!"
