I went to apply soon as i walked in my intuition screamed i deserve better and asked 2 ppl that were leaving their separate units 'is it as bad as it looks' they both replied yes it is. They are under new management but it'll be awhile before they can remodel, exterminate and fix the plumbing."

"These are bad apartments! They are in a bad area #1 They dont fix anything I have been without a working oven I dont have heat havrnt had heat since I moved in back in August I've noticed black mold in my apartment the ceiling in the dining room is dropping downwards management is noisy they have a problem with you having guests in your home there have been shootings that have taken place inside the apartment complex itself and there is no AC not to mention kids run around with knifes and threaten your life"

"3 years ago I paid a pet deposit of $400 and now I'm being told I have to get rid of my dog and I only have 2 weeks to do it. How do you get rid of a family member in 2 weeks. My dog hasn't tore up nothing so where's my $400 gonna go to once my pet's gone. This dog is my emotional companion. I currently have no hot water for 2 days. My tub hasnt been fixed and i reported it 3 months ago but you give me 2 weeks to rehome my pet. Managment is inconsiderate. Every time I go to the office the ladies in there are so so rude. They cut you off when your trying to explain the issues or act like they don't have time to deal with whatever it is that needs attention. Look somewhere else if your looking for a home unless your desperate like me. Your just a number and money here. HUD"

"They don't fix ANYTHING!! I have been waiting for 4 months for them to fix my ceiling fan, 2 months for them to fix my bathroom door (every time they tell me to "stay home so they can fix it" they never do", at least 3 weeks for them to fix my toilet.... but they sure can collect rent on time..."

"There are 4 or 5 tenants who live here that leave their dogs outside, barking, for 20 minutes to an hour at a time, multiple times a day. I called the leasing office to ask them to do something, and was met with, "next time, all you can do is call the police." If this is indicative of how things are run over there, DO NOT MOVE THERE."
