Reno Housing Authority

The Reno Housing Authority, located at 7760 Carlyle Drive in Reno, Nevada, is a local government office dedicated to providing fair, sustainable, quality housing in diverse neighborhoods throughout Reno, Sparks, and Washoe County. Their mission is to offer a stable foundation for low-income families to pursue economic opportunities, become self-sufficient, and improve their quality of life. The organization offers housing programs, landlord programs, and housing subsidies for veterans, former foster youth, and unhoused youth. Resident Services provides resources for workforce training and employment services to increase resident independence and stability. RHA is committed to maintaining and expanding affordable housing in the community through partnerships with supportive community organizations. The organization is dynamic, innovative, and dedicated to providing opportunities for growth and self-sufficiency for both clients and team members. Additionally, RHA has partnered with Jacobs Entertainment for a land swap agreement to construct a new affordable housing development, and has broken ground on the Railyard Flats affordable housing complex in Sparks. RHA also partners with BOBO's to help deserving families during the holiday season.
