"I’d give it 5 stars if it was cleaned up a little bit more or the bathroom was even slightly updated .. BUT , for the pull up to your room and flat rates without resort fees and headaches of the bigger places , Id definitely come back here again just for the ease and no extra fees mess . Last but not least , the prices are a little too high for what they offer which is just a roof over your head and running water — thats rusty orange and yellow before it runs clean-Yikes! Don’t expect The Four Seasons as this is definitely NOT the place or even close to it but you’ll get a shower and some sleep for the night and a smooth check-out. Most of all , the girls that check you in prior to your stay are very courteous and makes you feel very comfortable. I definitely stay again.."

"Not the worst hotel in Vegas but damn close. Bed bugs 80% of the time; atrocious staff who make up the room rates depending on who's behind the counter; mediocre security who rob the rooms more often then anyone. I could go on and on However- still not the worst hotel in Vegas.. prime location and always available..."

"The place was pretty quiet and the room in which we stayed at was the suite had two bedrooms and one bathroom and a couch it was clean. It did smell a little like tobacco but nothing too bad. It had an AC in each bedroom which was able to maintain it cool. It is on the strip and surprisingly wasn’t as expensive. You are able to pay cash and stay in as soon as you get there you don’t have to wait until a certain hour to check in. Checkout was at 11am but if you need to leave before that, their office is open 24hrs. Also they did ask for a deposit of $30 but you are able to get it back once you turn in the keys and the control for the TV. Nonetheless it was cheap and affordable if you’re planning on staying a few days."

"Ok for all the addicted and nite life ladies. This is your place to be. This AC in unit 8 barely works if you stay in the little area that the unit is in it's nice but the rest of the room and bathroom is sweltering. there are Water bugs aka roaches that frequently run across the floor."

"Not the most luxurious rooms by far, but they're pretty cheap for being on the Strip and they don't require having a credit card on file to check in/stay there. Only requires a small cash deposit, and only accept cash payments. Pet friendly with a small pet deposit fee. Staff was pretty friendly and helpful. It's on the very south end of the Strip, but not a very visually-pleasing building & property."
