"Very satisfied with the cleanliness of the hotel, the size of the room, the helpfulness of the staff at the front desk. This was our second stay and once again did not disappoint. This resort has some of the best staff I have ever encountered from the greeters at the front door to the facility engineers they are the best of the best. We ate at all the restaurants and each experience was outstanding best food and service. The grounds are beautiful and the service at the pool was amazing she made our stay so enjoyable and she (sorry don’t remember her name) really took pride in making every guest comfortable just amazing!"

"Our room was nice and big and clean. But we are next to the parking lot and sometimes in the middle of the night there were people talking loudly. Other than that it was a nice place to stay and I would stay there again. Marilyn's restaurant had plenty of food and good prices too. We enjoyed all our meals there. Pub 365 was also good just a little more money. Friendly staff and a very nice casino as far as I was concerned."

"Room was very clean, quiet, and very spacious for a hotel room. Casino and food options are ok but don't compare to the hotels on the strip. The price is much better than what it would be on the strip. Front desk service could've been much better and I would've extended my stay."

"This place is OUTSTANDING! The room was great! Also, they didn't try to nickel and dime me for every little thing. After I checked out, I needed to check my bags for another four hours, and they stored them for free. And on the way in, I left my previous hotel, which was a disaster, by 11:00. I then arrived at the Tuscany by 12:00. My room was ready, and they didn't charge me an early check-in fee. Again, outstanding service. The grounds were clean, and well maintained. When I got to my room, it was clean, spacious, and very well put together. An all around great experience. If you want a little slice of awesome while staying in Las Vegas, I recommend trying the Tuscany. The ONLY drawback was that the pool was closed for seasonal maintenance. So, I had to use the lap pool/hot tub. Great place, I would recommend to anyone."
