"Honestly they deserve a negative review. DONT COME HERE unless you have a lot of time on your hands and they do not care for you or your kid(s) they have made us and ive seen much more people wait as long as me. Over 45+minutes in the lobby and another 30+ in the room after the initial weight check blah blah blah these people do not care it’s literally empty in here!!! I dont recommend Waianae comp for anything other than walk ins"
