"We set and appointment twice with this location, drove to the location only to find out appointment cancelled. Very unprofessional. Why not text? We looked at our email afterwards but who checks their email frequently? Thanks for wasting our time."
"Went here to get my tb test done. The lady said they don’t take my insurance so she said I had to pay $35. I said ok. She told me to come back in two days. I came back two days and another lady said I had to pay again $38. for her to just look at it. I told her, when I came the first time, the lady failed to inform me of the total amount I had to pay. My suggestion for these women are to inform people what the total pay will be before doing anything!"
"I was able to make a same day morning appointment for my daughter. We were called back relatively quickly. Everyone was very nice and took their time. I didn’t feel rushed or like they didn’t care. I would highly recommend this location."
"I went to the Kapolei CVS clinic early June 2022 on a Saturday. 1. The FPN asked me in the waiting area how she could help me in front of other people. I thought she should have asked me those questions in her office for the sake of privacy. 2. Then she told me that she only had 20 minutes to see me. She could only do the physical exam but not the vaccines. Then she only spent about 5 minutes for the PE, and we spent the rest of the time talking about her school. 3. She asked me about my medications, and she didn't know what they were. She said that she only knew the generic names. But I pointed out to her that the generic names were on her computer screen and most of my meds were very common. 4. She asked me for my charge card, but she charged me to the old card which was on file. 5. She told me that a lady walked in with her son, and they had been waiting for an hour. But she said, "It is not my problem." I think my review is consistent with many of the reviews in Yelp."
"I went to the Minute Clinic in Kapolei several weeks ago. I swiped my credit card and it said approved, but I was asked to swipe again because no receipt printed. I was reluctant, but she said it didn't charge. Of course, it did charge twice and so I called and was on hold with their customer service line - for over 30 minutes. Still, several weeks later, no reimbursement has been made. To add to that, I took my son to his regular doctor after getting medical insurance again and they misdiagnosed him for swimmer's ear. He had an ear infection - a TOTALLY different medicine was needed to treat his problem!!!"
