"Not gonna lie, I was becoming annoyed at the fact that I, along with 2 other people, were waiting in line, not being acknowledged, not being looked at, no "someone will be right with you"--when there are 2 employees at one computer, sitting down, talking amongst themselves--completely ignoring us as if we're invisible. What gave them an extra star is because of their employee name Dora. She scanned my cards, and took me in the room all in less than 1 minute. What's more impressive is that she was able to find my vein, and drew blood in the first try!!!! Last time I had my blood drawn (amongst many other traumatic times), my phlebotomist had to call his colleague to take over after failing to poke me in my right arm, left arm, then right arm again. So forgive me when I say how I dread having to do blood work, but Dora really made it easy with her friendly personality and her ability to get it done all within 3 minutes; counting the time she is inputting my information into the computer, setting up, finding my vein, and filling the viales. Very impressive!!!"

"Giving 4 out of 5 stars because this location is the busiest I’ve been to. I’d almost rather drive 40 minutes to another location to not have to sit outside and wait an hour. No matter how early you get here there will be 20+ people ahead of you unless you get here at 6am when they open. It’s kind of ridiculous, Kapolei needs another diagnostic laboratory services. I usually drive to mililani to save myself the wait. I’ve never experienced having to wait so long to get my blood drawn before"
