"It's a little far from the beach pool is small it's a little ghetto but a lot of Waikiki apartment buildings are worse so it's definitely not the worst and far from best"

"It's sort of an apart hotel, tall building with 16 floors and a lot of apartments. Ours was clean, the fridge, oven, microwave, etc worked just fine. It had 2 rooms (one had a king size bed and the other two singular ones) and in the living room a comfortable futon. It also has a nice balcony. The best thing about it is the location, is 3-4 blocks away from the beach and the city centre (with all sorts of stores and dinning places). It didn't even bother me that there were some small roaches around the kitchen and the surroundings were quite noisy outside. Nevertheless, there were some nosies from the bathroom, regarding some water pipes, that came to my attention and disturbed me from having a perfect sleep. Anyway, I would definitely recommend it! P.S: didn't have the opportunity to take more photos from inside the apartment, sorry about that, was too busy having a blast in the beach!"

"We rented a condo for our vacation and as soon as we walked in, roaches scattered everywhere. The lobby and elevators were less than spectacular and the outside walkways were cramped. None of the rooms have windows that close all the way;they have shutter-like glass panes that you can angle up or down but they don't seal shut, which is a problem because the building is located next to a busy intersection. We had to find other accommodations so that we could sleep. A couple days after leaving we returned to pick up some of our remaining items and yet again roaches scattered through the kitchen. We learned later that the building would be fumigated because of the infestation."

"Building is a bit tired but generally tidy. Some public areas a bit scruffy Low to mid range so not unexpected. Well located so suited our family and budget. Not perfect but our unit was tidy and comfortable despite the odd cockroach. Pretty much got what I expected. Yes you should read reviews before you book!"
