"Kathy the lead pharmacist at the Kalakaua location is great. Go here for your vaccinations. She’s sweet and when she sticks you with the needle it doesn’t hurt at all. I appreciate when pharmacists figure out a way to make a needle prick painless."

"It's CVS for everybody who doesn't know. Prices surprisingly cheaper than some smaller convienience stores for certain things. Staff are nice and self checkout is good. They could do without this table bar type situation they have outside playing super loud music on your way in but other than that its cool. Easy to recognize not far from the hotels."

"I’ve shopped at longs for at least 55 years both in Hawaii and on the mainland. It’s a tradition that I have always enjoyed. The staff has always been helpful and friendly. One of my fondest life memories took place at Long on Christmas Eve 49 years ago."

"Most disgusting service I’ve had so far in Longs. I have worked in retail for 8 years, and I totally get that some customers are the worst! However we are from Australia- obviously tourists, and the young man who worked tonight - Thursday 16th November at the Kalākaua Avenue in Waikiki- needs an attitude check or to be taken off the floor away from customers. We were asking questions about luggage that was located down stairs - he was very abrasive and dismissive… just pointed to it - like we hadn’t seen the collection of them before we asked ffs !!? And we weren’t even asking where it was located… we asked him as he was the closest team member. He then - behind my aunts back- made a very aggressive shrugging motion and pulled a “duh” face. And when my mother called him out on it , he only got sassier. - I guess go hard or go home !!? This was 1 hr before closing. So we weren’t holding anyone up for any breaks or stopping the store from closing !! If he can’t answer simple questions, maybe he should stick to running stock or be away from customers. All other staff members have been so polite and helpful when we have been to this location, all but him. Again , I understand that some customers are rude and sometimes you just want to dodge them , but we weren’t. We were polite and asked a VERY SIMPLE question. Either way- that is not good customer service."

"A large Hawaiian CVS with a ton of souvenirs at pretty decent prices. Pretty good place to get anything you need quickly and is walking distance from the hotel chains at Waikiki."
