"This location is very busy especially around lunch time. A variety of foods, always seems fresh as it is so busy the workers are constantly refilling pans at the hot and cold bar. Staff seem to be friendly, at least the ones I dealt with. Reasonable prices. Of you have the Amazon prime app you can use your code on the app for discounted prices."

"I know what you are thinking, "everything must be expensive at whole foods". And yes it can be for some products BUT give their produce a chance. I compared prices with all the other grocery stores and whole foods was competitive and in some cases, like chopped fruit, the cheapest. If you have an Amazon Prime subscription it gets even cheaper with 10 or 20% off. Let's be honest everyone in Hawaii should subscribe because Amazon is the one of the only online retailers who ships outside the contiguous 48 states without an extra "screw you for living in Hawaii" shipping fee. Once that Amazon warehouse on sand island opens it'll get even better. For the first time in our lives we'll get same day shipping. Minus one star cuz the checkout lines can get crazy at peak times. Like 8 people deep even with every line open."

You would think a store of this stature would have their act together, but no, the charm here is in their unique approach to customer service and efficiency! With only two cash registers open, the lines grow to a modest gathering of around 30 people each – it’s almost like a mini community event every week. I must say, it’s a wonderful opportunity to make new friends, discuss the weather, and ponder the meaning of life, all while standing in line with your ice cream melting. But let’s not rush them into opening more registers – it’s clearly a well-thought-out strategy to enhance our social lives and test our patience. Plus, who doesn’t love the suspense of wondering whether the avocados will still be ripe by the time you make it to your car? Pure brilliance, Whole Foods, keep up the good work!"
