"I lived in City Villa and the bathrooms and the rooms are very clean. The rent is very inexpensive and Kris the manager is very nice and professional. If there’s homeless people hanging around City Villa Kris makes sure they are not welcome and she immediately makes sure they leave. I was able to save a lot of my money living there for a short amount of time. I’m very grateful City Villa and Kris was able to help me out. Thank you"

"It is a good place to live not far from wiki Beach the people that run the place have no problem hearing eney problems you mite have so I recommend people to come here to take a look and you can't beat the rent price there is all ways a room available"

"The lady that works there on site is completely and utterly mentally ill. She should not be in charge of literally anything, much less the first line of contact for people who call and are interested in seeing a room. This ladys name is "Kris" Not only is she mentally ill, but she is also incredibly rude and beligerent. This woman has also received many other numerous complaints about her behavior. But 4 nothing has been done, because it continues. So it seems as if City Villa promotes this type of behavior."
