"Stayed in Room 312 on our first trip to Kauai. Great location! Close to the airport and Wal-mart. Also, central to all areas of the island. Condo was a bit dated. Would have been nice to have been greeted with a welcome basket. Bed slept well! The view of the Pacific Ocean out our back door…breathtaking! Nice pool, but a bit small if you have a large group of people in it."

"Awesome apartment complex. We booked one flat for 3 nights through Airbnb. Nice and spacious living room, kitchen with all accessories, comfy bedroom and welcome kit. Awesome view of Wailua Bay from the balcony."

"We stayed here through an Airbnb, but the property itself was amazing! Great location, easy parking, excellent location, beautiful and quiet pool, closer to a couple restaurants! Views from the lanai is the absolute best. Highly recommended!"

"We stayed in a one bedroom condo here because of the central location on the island. We went to bakery across the street nearly every morning! Walked to the Coconut Marketplace. Had a wonderful view and the sound of the waves. There's a nice pool and beautiful landscaping. The property manager was great. I do think I'll choose an air conditioned place next time. The heat wasn't an issue but the humidity was."

"One of the best locations for staying on the east side of Kauai, the bay view from the window is amazing. You can hear the ocean in the room too, so cool. Close to a lot of food and groceries and to the Wailua River kayaking spot. Had an amazing time, will definitely look to stay here again, only wish we had a chance to book a longer stay."
