"This is an affordable hotel with a great view of the ocean. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff are friendly and helpful. Nice to have bicycles available to borrow and take on the bike path adjacent to the property. The "grab and go" breakfast has limited options, but it was convenient. A big improvement would be coffee in the breakfast area. We liked our choice for the cost and central location, but understood that it was a budget friendly hotel with limited amenities. There is a pool and outdoor fireplace. Also lounge chairs near the beach, but many had broken straps. Note that Google said that the hotel didn't have air conditioning. Our room had air conditioning and it worked without issue."

"Truly a hidden gem. If you want the low key small island feel while still guaranteeing a stay at a safe and well kept resort, this is it! Daily 7am yoga, walks on the beach, and a very intimate feel on premise. Enjoy! Aloha."

"Great location right next to the ocean. The grounds are kept up nicely. We did yoga in the morning while the sun came up. Riding the bike that the hotel provides down the coast was very fun. The Room was a bit small but adequate, clean and fairly priced. The staff was friendly and helpful."

"Honestly this place massively exceeded expectations. Stayed here for 2 nights to start out the beginning of our honeymoon on Kauai. The ocean front room was definitely worth the extra cost and was a mere 15 yards from the ocean. Room had nice air conditioning and comfortable beds. Outdoor patio was great to have in the morning to watch the sunrise. The free water bottles, breakfast, and bikes were some great additional features. Front desk staff was extremely caring as well and offered to watch our bags as we went to grab a bite to eat after checkout before heading down to Poipu. Great location around some fantastic restaurants and food trucks as well. For those looking for a great location and price to explore the island, this place is perfect for that."

"Staying at the ISO, aptly named for island, sky, and ocean, provides an immersive experience of all three. The ocean-facing rooms capture refreshing sea breezes in winter, creating an amazing and cool nighttime temperature. The added perks include daily yoga at 7 am, complimentary breakfast, and a local favorite dinner spot, the Bull Shed. Highly recommended, especially for couples or first-time visitors, as it's conveniently located near an ABC store, food trucks, and a bike path. The free bikes provided by the hotel are a great touch. Loved my stay here and can't wait to visit again!"
