"We stayed here for two days and definitely enjoyed the time here. The place wasn’t big but was cozy and comfortable. All the rooms have ocean views ! And walkable distance to beach and shops in town. When you wake up and open the curtain, it was breathtaking and refreshing. They also provide free bikes, give it a try and enjoy the cycling along the coast. Be sure to go to bed early since you probably will be waken up by the chicken. We already miss the chicken family in front of our windows."

"Beautiful view with sweet little kitten but other then that this place was a disappointment. I’ve never stayed in a dirty room like this before. The walls needed to be painted, floor needed cleaning or just new carpet, didn’t wanna touch anything because it looked like nothings been wiped down in years. The only thing that was nice was the bathroom."

"I get that it’s Hawaii and prices are competitive. But I can’t believe I paid $250 to stay in the worst motel room I’ve ever been in. Our flight arrived late and we just needed a place for the night. Was there a bed and a shower in a central location? Yes. Was it clean? No. The hotel wasn’t well taken care of and the room was dingy and not well cleaned. There were stains on the floor and splatter spots on the headboard, spiderwebs in the corners, I could go on but you get the gist. The location is good and it seems that there is another building where the rooms looked better. But I cannot in good conscience recommend."

"This place is wonderful. It’s a smaller boutique hotel, and it’s right on the beach. There are no resort fees! The people are really friendly. They have a pool with a waterfall and towels and reef friendly sunscreen- for free. The hotel is next to a coastal path and they let you borrow bikes for free. The rooms are nice and have a soaking tub, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker and even wine glasses. The rooms have cable, but they also have DVD players and there are a lot of movies in the lobby, including lots of movies made in Hawaii. Tonight I’m gonna go get one of those Elvis movies. People get married here and I can see why it’s absolutely lovely. It is less expensive than other places on the beach and did I mention No Resort Fees. Before I traveled, I spent days checking all the travel sites trying to decide on a hotel. I am so glad I decided on this one. I would highly recommend staying here."

"So….this was one of those things when you get to your destination late and just need a cost effective hotel night, but when you get to your room you wonder what you just did. The room was the worst part though; it was small, everything inside very old, worn out, some things broken and just not clean. There were spider webs in several parts of the room. The bed was clean. The rest of the grounds are quite beautiful; it is an oceanfront property with beautiful surroundings. Take a walk on the boardwalk with a cup of coffee after checkout in the morning and pat yourself in the back for the money just saved."
