"After calling and speaking to the pharmacist at this location, I am shocked that they are even able to run a successful business. I spoke to eight different pharmacists this afternoon and every single one was very courteous and helpful, except for the pharmacist at this CVS. She let me know that she would not fill my prescription if it required her to "break a bottle" because she does not do that. I let her know I could ask for a new prescription and could have it written however she needed in order to fill it. She kept insisting she would not break a bottle, and I asked her what the problem was because she seemed to only want to get me off of the phone instead of helping me. She let me know that she was short staffed and that was why she was being short with me. So if you want to be someone's punching bag when they're having a bad day, go to CVS Pharmacy! She would not assist me in filling my prescription."
