Walmart Vision & Glasses

"Disappointing, at best. I called to make sure they took my insurance. The girl who answered the phone said they could look it up no problem. Upon arrival, I was assigned to a technician who promptly got locked out the workstation. Spent over 30 min waiting for technician to attempt password recovery while other technicians just looked at me like they couldn't be bothered to offer assistance. I even reached out to one of the technicians by name (she had answered the phone earlier). It didn't help. All in all... I wasted an hour of my time... should have gone elsewhere."

"I wanted to share that we had an absolutely outstanding experience with this optics at Walmart. We are a family of Canadian tourists that escaped from Lahaina fire, and I desperately needed contact lenses as we left the town without any belongings, IDs etc. We were touched by the manner how the optics manager was willing to help us in all possible ways; that she was so supportive and helpful. It was incredibly important that we got everything we need; and were offered a discount. I really appreciate this approach, level of empathy and would highly recommend anybody in Maui to purchase contact lenses and glasses here!
