"I got this company on an travel site rotational selection option and then read reviews and got really worried about all the claims of damage after the cars are returned. Got my car staff was absolutely wonderful drop off was smooth and verified no damages. 19 days later.... get an email stating I damaged the back driver break light and need to pay them $207.82. First off thankful I read the reviews and took pics and their "evidence" they sent showed car was moved from where I left it and my pics at time of drop off show no damage. Secondly the charge they want me to pay isn't even the cost of the repair according to the paperwork they sent. No phone call or other communication attempts. VERY SHADY STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY, I travel a lot and have never had an issue like this and will never rent from this company again. It is terrible to know this company tries to do this to its customers. I will be reporting this to the BBB as well."

"Excellent staff and great car selection. Deals to be had on their website. The loyalty program matching is a great feature. I was able to get sixt gold just by showing my avis status. Highly recommend sixt for a fun car rental in maui! I got an excellent deal on a z4 convertible. A good car can transform the road to Hana trip from a nice sightseeing trip to an epic drive, like an episode of top gear (or the grand tour). But i really advise that you start early. Sixt staff were friendly and have a lot of good recommendations. Shout out to remington!"
