"The people working here were so helpful and patient. I’m not a fan of needles and have difficult to work with veins but they did great and were so helpful! I really appreciate their care and would definitely recommend this location!"

"The clinic is great, but the website scheduling is worse than poor and needs serious revision. 1. While searching for an open time, the website times out. It timed out repeatedly on me, including when I was finally 99% done, the form filled out and was about to push the final Done button. 2. To get a cellphone confirmation, you must verify your cellphone. This probably works for most people, but for those of us scheduling when we are no in cell range, it fails. It assumes you have a cellphone and has no accommodation for land lines ... some of us in Hawaii live out of range. 3. Several locations show only an empty screen when you choose that location and "Schedule." It should disable the Schedule button if there is no online scheduling for that location. When I called the location they said "use the quick and easy online scheduling." If only. 4. Scheduling an appointment with a human was never anywhere near this difficult!"

"Writing as a person who is VERY afraid of needles, my blood test today was so fast, so easy, so PAINLESS that I left the clinic wondering why I am soooo scared to have blood drawn. I had an appointment, was called early, immediately taken into a room, and was back in my car about 5 minutes later. And.....I do not have a mark or bruise on my arm. The gentleman who took blood, though not overly friendly, was professional and seemed to care that I was afraid."

"This location was super clean, and the front desk and phlebotomist that saw me today were extremely professional and warm. I was in and out in 5 minutes, and only got stuck once. Even though it’s raining outside, thank you both for the “sunshine” you brought to start my day. P.S. Sorry for chewing gum when I was supposed to be fasting :)"
